Administration

The Town Administration is responsible for implementing the policy decisions of the Town Council and for the direction, coordination and administration of the day-to-day operations of the town. This includes responsibility for the overall fiscal activities of the town’s operations including:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Budget preparation
  • Investment of idle funds
  • Payroll processing
  • Tax collections
